Sunburst Arts and Education is excited to bring back Shakespeare in the Parks for the 2021 season. This lovely outdoor experience takes place at the Historical Village. As always, admission is free. Boxed dinners and desserts will be available for purchase. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, and plan to arrive early to secure your favorite seat. This year’s production is Cymbeline, a Shakespearean romance of a British king, Cymbeline, and his three children, presented as though they are in a fairy tale. The secret marriage of Cymbeline’s daughter, Imogen, triggers much of the action, which includes villainous slander, homicidal jealousy, cross-gender disguise, a deathlike trance, and the appearance of Jupiter in a vision.
